AR-15 80% Lower - Mil-spec - Black

Forged by Cerro, this 80 percent lower is not an FFL item and is classified by the ATF as a non-firearm. Made from 7075 T6 heat-treated aluminum, this lower features flared and broached magwells and is “finished in Black. All that’s required is machining of the trigger and the safety well before it’s a fully functional, mil-spec lower receiver.

I've completed about a half dozen different brands of 80% lowers, and handled a number of other different brands at gun shows. I purchased five lowers from Gorilla and I have to say that the machining work and finish compare with the best of the others in my experience. This was my first purchase from Gorilla and after completing the order, I stumbled onto some internet forums where folks had concerns that Gorilla previously operated under a different business name, with less than stellar reviews. Don't know if any of that info is correct, but my experience was nothing short of excellent. Great product and fast shipping. My only minor "complaint" is that although there was free shipping, there was a small handling charge - don't see that one often. Regardless, I'd still buy from them again, and recommend them to others.

Great product

I ordered this lower and received it within a week. It arrived and I checked the fit on a stripped aero upper I have and the fit is perfect. I'm happy with my decision and I would definitely order another in the future.

80 percent lower

I'm new to the 80 percent lower world, and this lower was my first attempt. I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out. The finish was very durable and forgiving. I will be buying more!
