The restrictions implemented by Gorilla Machining are not intended to provide legal advice, and Gorilla Machining makes no representations regarding the legality of any item in any specific jurisdiction. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their area.

**Customer Acknowledgment and Certification**  

By purchasing any item from Gorilla Machining, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

1. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Gorilla Machining complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in their jurisdiction.

2. The customer has independently verified that their purchase and intended use of any item are legal in their state and local jurisdiction.

3. The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gorilla Machining and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Gorilla Machining.
