Awesome!

So I bought this to go with the Gorilla AR9 upper and the MeanArms Endomag. Obviously it works with the Gorilla Upper and the Endomag--------YES!!! There was a very..VERY small amount of trimming on the plastic back side of the Ejector on the mag but I have run 200 rds and not a hiccup. I would 100% recommend this, unless your a person that has to have perfection in everything and not will to do a little fabrication. Customer for Life!!!!

Functional but took a lot of extra milling

I’m not sure if I got one made at the end of a day on a Friday, but my install was far from flawless. Using a PSA upper receiver and PMAG, there was not enough material machined from the bottom of the BCG for the PMAG to go in with the bolt forward. Used whiteout to see where mag was hitting the BCG and had to spend about 30 mins grinding extra material off the BCG. The PMAG finally goes in with bolt forward! And then it has resistance pulling bolt back...more whiteout, more witness marks, and more dremel-ing. The BCG finally cycles with a PMAG! I slap in my MEAN Arms Endomag following their break in and clearance procedure, and of course...this BCG will not go forward because there isn’t enough milled out on the groove on the ejection port side to clear the lip on the endomag. My New Frontier Armory BCG has a groove that is at least 50 thousandths deeper than this BCG and just looks totally different. How can supposedly identical BCGs made for the exact same purpose be so vastly different? I very carefully ground off a little more of this groove at a time using a dremel and was finally eventually able to get it to function with the endomag. What a PITA! I think the machining is poor on this BCG but if you have the patience and tools and really want to save $20-50 over a better brand, then go for it. I will be buying my next BCG elsewhere.
