7.62x39 Barrel - Great Value

I am giving it 5 stars without shooting it yet, but visually and during the build process it met and sometimes exceeded my expectations. Remember this a phosphate finish, not nitrate (basically it will be matte vs. glossy black...if you look at it). It's under a handguard, so I didn't care about that aspect of a barrel. 1) Price was way better than anything else I could find for the same profile and specs. 2) Shipping was quick, especially during the pandemic. 3) The barrel fit to my upper was great, nice and snug, no play. 4) The barrel was dimpled, which was a nice surprise. My gas block slipped right in and the gas block set screw was right on the money. Just note that if your gas block has 2 set screws, you would still need to dimple the other set screw location.
